CAMP OVERVIEW

See the World to Understand Yourself.

Most courses teach you about the mind. This one takes you to Tunis — a city where 3,000 years of history meet the Mediterranean, and where the pace of life gives you the space to actually reflect.

Five days of applied psychology and self-understanding, built around the science of how your mind works. Not in a lecture hall. In sessions, conversations, and guided experiences inside one of the most contemplative and beautiful cities in the Arab world.

By the time you leave, you will not just understand yourself better. You will know what to do with that understanding.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

You will recognize yourself in at least one of these.

The person who overthinks everything

You analyse, you replay, you worry. You have been doing it for years and you are tired of it. There is a science to why that happens, and a way out.

It does not stop you from functioning. But it is always there. You want to understand where it comes from and what to actually do about it.

You deliver, you show up, you keep going. But something is missing and you cannot quite name it. This programme is built for exactly that feeling.

You have done some of the work. You are ready for more, with a framework, a cohort, and five days away from everything familiar.

If you are between 18 and 45 and you have ever felt like you do not fully understand why you feel what you feel,  this programe was built for you.

WHY TUNIS?

A city that makes you slow down Tunis has a pace that is impossible to rush. The medina, the clifftops, the seafront — everything about this city invites reflection. That is not accidental. It is exactly what this programme needs.

3,000 years of human story Carthage was built here. Sidi Bou Saïd has been inspiring artists and thinkers for centuries. There is something about being in a place that has carried that much human experience that makes the work of understanding yourself feel more serious — and more worthwhile.

The most accessible Arab destination there is Visa free for Jordanians. A short flight from Amman. Affordable without feeling cheap. Close enough to be easy, far enough to feel like a real escape.

THE COURSE

Understanding Your Mind, the science of how you think, feel, and connect.

THE CITY

In Tunis, You Don’t Just See More. You Feel More.

Barcelona is one of the most visually and creatively alive cities in the world, a place where design shows up in the architecture, the streets, and the way people live. It is not a backdrop. It is the lesson.

Must-See in Tunis

La Marsa seafront — one of the most beautiful coastal stretches in North Africa. Running, cycling, or just walking with the Mediterranean beside you as the sun comes up.

Bou Kornine National Park — a short drive from the city, hiking trails through Mediterranean forest with views across the Gulf of Tunis. The kind of morning that resets everything.

Sidi Bou Saïd — the clifftop village of white and blue that has been pulling in artists, writers, and thinkers for over a century. One of the most genuinely beautiful places in the Arab world, and the setting for one of the programme’s key sessions.

The Tunis Medina — a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the best-preserved medieval Arab cities in existence. Souks, mosques, architecture, and a sense of time moving differently inside its walls.

Carthage ruins — 3,000 years ago, one of the most powerful cities on earth stood here. Walking through what remains does something to your sense of perspective.

La Goulette — the port neighbourhood where Tunis meets the sea. Fresh fish, outdoor restaurants, and the kind of evening that starts at sunset and keeps going.

Gammarth — the upscale coastal strip north of the city. Rooftop restaurants, the Mediterranean at night, and a completely different energy from the medina.

El Marsa cafés — the most relaxed evening in Tunis. Sitting outside with mint tea, the sea nearby, nowhere to be.
